By creating an account or using Linq.es (the “Service”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. If under 18, you must have parental consent. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and display it for the sole purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and links comply with the law.
You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited uses include fraud, spam, harassment, defamation, pornography, discrimination, infringement of intellectual property, or distributing malware/phishing links.
The Service may display or host links provided by you or other users. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites. Visiting such links is at your own risk.
Our platform design, software, and trademarks remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our intellectual property without written permission.
If you reside in the European Union, you may have statutory consumer rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid subscriptions purchased online. This right may be lost if you begin using the paid service. Nothing in these Terms overrides your statutory rights.
Paid subscriptions provide access to enhanced features on Linq.es. All payments, invoicing, taxation, and billing operations are securely processed and managed by our Merchant of Record (MoR), Dodo Payments Inc.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly or annual charges to your selected payment method until canceled. You can view invoices, update your payment details, or cancel your subscription at any time through our self-service Customer Portal accessible via your Account Settings.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Pro plan within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund through customer support or via Dodo Payments. Renewal charges and subsequent billing periods are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, though we will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data). Our total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim; or (b) €20 if you used only the free plan.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Some provisions (e.g., liability limits, IP rights) continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring claims in your country of residence. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
